Chris McVeigh: the toy photographer

Chris McVeigh is an author, illustrator, photographer and Lego builder who is currently living in Halifax, NS. He is also a Toy photographer, and he has become one of the pioneers in this style that he considers it as one of his great passions. He defines his style in photography as bizarre.

For those wondering if makes the figurines himself, he doesn’t but is known to use figurines from the Hasbro toys®, although in recent years he has been focusing on Lego figurines. The key of his work is the way he displays them, creating different atmospheres and scenarios in which mini-figures are places. Once he has he camera ready, the magic begins.
